The merger between Doble Engineering and Megger has officially completed. The combined business is now Doble-Megger, an ESCO Technologies Company.

Two accomplished teams, each with a distinguished heritage and a deep respect for engineering, now share one vision: to keep critical energy and water infrastructure running across the world’s most vital assets, today and tomorrow.

What this means for customers

Continuity comes first. The Doble name, products and quality remain, and existing agreements continue unchanged. Customers should continue to use their usual contacts and support channels unless advised otherwise. Note the change in sales channel in the state of Florida, effective November 1, 2026.

What changes is the breadth of the offer. Doble and Megger now bring together complementary capabilities across testing, monitoring, software, analytics and engineering services. The aim is simple: to help our customers make better-informed decisions about their electrical assets, improve reliability and reduce risk.

Integration will take time as the combined organization evolves. We will update you as this progresses.
